COVID-19 Addition of Zoom Pilates Classes!

In light of the current situation I will be conduction Pilates classes online to protect everyones safety. I will be instruction both group and private Pilates sessions through the Zoom app. I will also be available for physical therapy sessions remotely using the same app. Thank you for your participation!
